New Ashtanga Yoga BEGINNER Groups starting September 17
🧘♀️ The beginning of your Ashtanga yoga journey starts here!
We invite you to join our new beginner groups and experience the magic of Mysore classes – the most authentic way to learn Ashtanga yoga.
🌱 What is the Mysore style?
Ashtanga yoga is traditionally taught in the Mysore style. These classes are a self-practice in a group setting. The teacher introduces each student individually to the sequence and gives new postures once the previous ones are learned. Every practitioner receives personalized guidance and hands-on adjustments.
🔹 No previous experience or special flexibility is required.
🔹 We take an individual approach – according to your mobility, health, and personal needs.
🔹 You will develop a personal yoga practice with focus on breath, correct technique, and mindfulness.
🔹 You will be introduced to the foundations of Ashtanga yoga philosophy and method.
The main teacher of the course will be Zornitsa Zaykova, founder and lead teacher of the Mysore program at Tristana Ashtanga Yoga Sofia.
📅 When?
Wednesdays and Fridays, from September 17 to October 10 (4 weeks, 8 practices).
Choose between morning or evening groups:
🕖 Morning:
• Group 1 – 7:00
• Group 2 – 8:00
If you prefer an earlier start at 6:30, please send us a message.
🌆 Evening:
• Group 1 – 17:30
• Group 2 – 18:30
⏳ Duration: 60–75 min.
🗓️ If you miss a practice, you can make it up on another day or time (with prior arrangement until October 10).
🙏 After completing the course, you will have the foundation and confidence to continue in the regular Mysore classes.
💵 Price for the whole course: 120 BGN
🎫 We also accept MultiSport card – no extra payment needed.
